· DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Compliance with policies, guidelines and instructions set by TTFC and the NBC
· Collect and file all lease contract, lease asset documents and Auto Debit from TCAM dealers
· Improve customers services by respecting customers at all time
· Remind customer to pay road tax (tax on means of transportation)
· Coordinate with customers when having penalty
· Handle contract early termination (Check pay-off)
· Monitoring maturity contract
· Issue and file all termination letter of the lease contract
· Update vehicle plate number in soft4 system
· Support check Insurance claim policy
· Control marketing material & stock
· Prepare payments request
· Ownership transferred and asset registration
· Good communication with customer and team (internal department and related team)
· Perform other jobs assigned by supervisor and manager
· JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Degree: Bachelor degree in the field of business administration or related field
· 1 to 2 years experience in related work Result oriented behavior
· Business acumen
· Ability to negotiate and build relationship
· Communication skill and flexibility
· Ability to work under matrix environment with deadline
· Result oriented
· Great service mind and good team player
· Ability to work on multi-task and highly self-motivated
· Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet, email and research
· Good command in English
· Be available to travel to province/rural areas
